PLEASE NOTE-We use a variety of shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). If your address is not deliverable by a particular carrier, please call our customer service department to place your order (805-624-3895). Shipping charges for orders returned as undelivered will be charged to the customer.

Domestic Shipping Methods & Costs

We currently offer three shipping methods:
  • Standard Ground - Delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited ( Priority Mail ) - Delivery occurs 2 to 3 business days after processing.
  • Overnight ( Fed Ex ) - Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.

International Shipping Information

International orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Overnight delivery is not available. Please note that shipping costs do not include duties or taxes which may be collected at the time of delivery and vary by destination.

Order Processing & Product Availability

*For Overnight Saturday delivery please call A.Kurtz Customer Service 805-624-3895 Monday through Friday 9:00am pst to 4pm Pst.

Orders typically ship within 3 Business Days from the time they begin process processing, pending availability and credit card verification.

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON PST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after NOON PST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed after NOON PST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Expedited and overnight orders are given top priority. Orders with these shipping methods will ship the same day (pending product availability and credit card approval) if ordered before NOON PST. After Noon PST they will ship the next business day.

A.Kurtz will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
